Built on strong foundation of respiratory research
Respien brings together experienced biotechnology leaders, scientists and industry experts with a shared commitment to translating respiratory research into therapies that improve patients' lives.

Our pipeline brings together differentiated respiratory programs, each addressing important gaps in respiratory care and supported by a clear scientific and clinical rationale.
Product | Description | Indication | Status | Regulatory |

CF – Cystic fibrosis · COPD –Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease · NCFB – Non-cystic fibrosisbronchiectasis · QIDP – Qualified Infectious Diseases Program (priority review+ extended data exclusivity). Separate study paths required for each indication.
Our approach combines strong science, clinical insight and commercial experience to develop respiratory therapies that canmake a meaningful difference to patients.
We apply rigorous scientific and clinical standards to ourprograms, generating robust evidence to guide development and support well-informed clinical and regulatory decisions.
Build on established respiratory and immunology research
Generate robust clinical evidence through well-designed studies
Deliver demonstrated clinical outcomes that matter to patients

Patients remain at the centre of development decisions. We focus on therapies that reduce exacerbations, including hospital admissions, improve quality of life and lessen the burden of chronic respiratory disease.
Target the causes and consequences of disease progression
Prioritise improvements patients can experience and physicians can measure
Reduce exacerbations, hospital admissions and the broader burden of respiratory illness on patients
We bring together development, regulatory and commercial experience to help solve important problems in respiratory care andposition promising therapies for successful partnership and global development.
Design programs with regulatory pathways in view
Prepare assets for strategic development partnerships
Build commercial potential around demonstrated clinical value

A differentiated respiratory opportunity supported by compelling clinical evidence and with significant commercial potential.
COPD is one of the world's most significant respiratory diseases, with repeated bacterial exacerbations and hospital admissions continuing to place a substantial burden on patients and healthcare systems.
HI-164 is an advanced oral immunotherapy designed to enhance mucosal immunity, prevent bacterial exacerbations and complement current standard of care. The next planned study is an adaptive Phase 2b/3 trial.

Every breakthrough begins with the people it's designed to help
Supported by encouraging clinical data, a defined development and regulatory pathway and significant commercial potential, HI-164 is well positioned for global licensing and strategic development partnerships.
The experience behind Respien’s science, development and commercial vision.
